Rising Graphic Design senior, Kaci Kwaitek was awarded the first annual Philadelphia Design Continuum Scholarship from the AIGA Philadelphia Chapter. The Design Continuum Fund has been established to aid Philadelphia area students studying graphic arts by providing funding to complete their education. Kwaitek is originally from Mill Hill, Pennsylvania, where she began building her graphic design skills while in high school. She knew graphic design was the right choice for her after starting her design classes at Westphal. 

Kwaitek is currently working part-time as a Junior Designer at her former Co-op employer, Zivtech which is a web development and design agency in Center City. She is also the Design Lead on the marketing committee for Drexel’s Campus Activities Board (CAB) which is a student-run event organization on campus.
